Love Autumn

This project is something I have put a lot of love and passion into. I enjoy both reading and making comics, so I thought it would be a fun challenge to combine my illustrative skills with my animation skills. And thus, my motion comic was born! I truly hope Love Autumn takes you somewhere, whether that be to an old memory of a past lover or a daydream of a new crush.

Love Autumn is a motion comic about love, autumn, and a fox. Created to accompany a poem written by Isabelle Kelly, this journey explores infatuation, longing, and acceptance. We follow a lone fox, walking through a beautiful autumnal wood. But instead of taking in the beauty of the season, the fox can only worry about when the season will end. Our fox character will soon come to learn that she has been focused on the wrong things in her life. Fleeting things should be loved and appreciated while they are here. Love will come back to you again and again. Love Autumn will enthrall you with its rich colours, soothing music, and thought provoking message. Hopeless romantics and lovers alike may see themselves in the wistful fox character. Find your favourite armchair, grab a mug of something hot and sweet, take a slice of rosy apple cake, and love autumn till the very end!
