Two Way Street
Two Way Street is a comedic tale about an elderly woman who is waiting at a set of traffic lights waiting to cross the road with a young man alongside her. Suddenly her purse is snagged by a robber and a hot pursuit takes place to get it back. Who will come out victorious and who will experience the pain?
A comedy based story line of never judging a book by its cover and never underestimating one’s looks, athleticism or age as one never knows what people are truly capable of, provoking thought within the viewer. People are unpredictable and capable of things that at first glance might seem impossible.
At first glance one might think they can predict what may occur within a situation but is then quickly turned around with a comedic twist making it unexpected. In most cases our impressions of a person can determine how one may react in particular situations, our first impressions of what is likely to happen/occur isn’t always correct. This animation uses the preconception of age and flips it on its head in a sort of role reversal.
